i know how you feel everytime i go to a doctors office i have a panick attack one time my heart was beating 207 beats i thought i was going to die i took my ativan and 10 min later it slowed to 160 i hate these attacks i feel anxious all the time i have had several heart studies and they said that i have a rare irregular beat but nothing serious that the fast and skiped beats wont hurt me but i still feel like they will. im pregnant now and im scared to go to the hospital when i have the baby i dont know what to do all i think about is this i am anxious everyday contact me when u get this message "thanks"
