I hear ya greg. I was on it too for a short while. My psychiatrist put me on it to help regulate my sleeping and stop my panic attacks in the middle of the night. Just recently my pshychologist took me off of it because she felt it wasn't right for me. The thing you have to remember is that it is going to be just fine. While you are feeling depressed or anxious just remember all the times you felt GREAT. I too have trouble going to school because of it. Today was my first day of college and it was UNBEARABLE, i ended up not even going to my second class beacsue of it and now I'm not even sure I want to return. I know you posted this back in October, but I'm still here and open to talk to you.
: My doctor put me on klonopin for the treament
: of panic attacks and general anxiety around
: six years ago. Ive been taking .5 mg twice a
: day. Now he decreased my dose to half and it
: has been miserable. It feels extremely
: untolerable to do most things especially
: involving driving, sleeping and going to
: school. I feel my anxiety might even get
: worse than it was originally. I feel left
: empty inside and very scared of this. If
: anyone has any thoughts or advice i would
: love to listen or share my full story. I
: would really feel better talking to someone
: whos going through the same thing.
