I HAVE HAD SKIPPED HEART BEATS EVER SINCE I'VE BEEN 30. I'M 51 NOW. THE DOCTORS CAN'T SEEM TO HAVE A REASON FOR THEM.I'M STARTING TO WONDER IF IT'S CAUSED BY HORMONE IMBALANCE.I'VE BEEN READING THE BOOK.....AGELESS BY SUZANNE SOMERS. I HAVE HAD PANIC ATTACKS AND THE OLDER I GET THE HARDER THEY ARE TO CONTROL,BUT I FEEL GOOD ABOUT WHAT SHE IS SAYING ABOUT BALANCING YOUR HOMONE LEVELS.I HOPE YOU WILL READ THIS BOOK AND TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK.MY EMAIL IS BETTYBLUEBERRY4@ COMCAST.NET
