I agree with you completly! I would always try to get on a healthy diet and see if it's your diet.My son has mood disorders, depression and anxiety. When he doesn't eat right or goes to long without eating his moods get uncontrolable.I tell him to stay off sugar.boxed or can foods.Eating real foods can help a lot when it comes to taking care of any disorder of the brain.I'm not saying not to take medications if that's what it takes. If people don't have a problem with these condition, it's hard for them to understand. we have to forgive them for not understanding. If you believe in God then we know someone that does know what we go through each in every day.So don't worry what other people think. As long as we know that we are good and decent people,we should not be ashamed of who we are. Take care.If you need to talk,my email is bettyblueberry4@comcast.net
: Most people think they have just one mood or
: emotional disorder while they have multiple
: and its hard realize that. You can have
: bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, panic
: attacks, memory impairments, and even more.
: Mental health professional cannot put you on
: different medication for each disorder. It
: would just imbalance your brain even more.
: It is extremely hard to live in a society
: that is not forgiving and is not
: compassionate or considerate towards people
: who have these disorders. Most people tell
: you that you just need to take the drug and
: get working but its not the way it works.
: People are just manipulative.
