I would like to know how each person on the message board with panic attacks gets there self calmed down when the attack is real bad? Dose anyone feel or think they are going to quit breathing? How do you calm yourself? For me I start beliveing I am going to stop breathing when I leave my home it is very dissappointing for me I feel like I am missing out on so much but I have noticed I appriciat little things more now. Also what meds is everone on? I am takeing 60mg of paxil a day and it dose not seem to help to much dose it take some time to work beccause I am afraid of taking new meds?Thanks for any responce..
