When I start feeling pre-panic, I've gotten very good at telling myself to breath,deep breaths that make your stomach puch out. One word that friends would say to help me was, breath, breath- deep, over and over and always very loud cause i was in panic mood. About 5 deep breaths then ya' get dizzy and forget about the panic. ha......
Just something I wanted to share with you all. PS. And get a thyroid test.bb
