I was thinking today that I still suffer from the thinking that accompanies panic. I had about 20-30 full blown panic attacks for about 3 years straight. Many would last for an hour. I have since not really had any, but I still have thinking habits that mirror panic thinking, like I avoid dating because I don't feel confident or I just have an uncomfortable feeling in my head. Sometimes just making a simple decision can take minutes or tens of minutes. I avoid going out in groups of people. Its hard to plan to do something.
