Thank you bb and Shelly. Your answers were like water in the desert. I believe in my heart that no one can really understand the problems with panic, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or Agoraphobia unless thdy have experienced it themselves. I also think there are degrees of these disorders. I have seen every type of medical and mental health proffesionals there are. I have been through, cognative, behavior de-sensitizaton, eye rapid movement & etc.I had phobias since I was 2 years old. I have been told and tried all different things from so many different professionals that I decided to get on to the internet and hoped to find someothers who have or had the same things. I live alone and that really doesn't help much. There are no support groups for this in my area that I have found. I think there are many people who are afraid of mentioning that they are experiencing these things and suffer in silence. I have been scaning other web sites and didn't realize how many people suffer with these things. I even had a touch of agoraphobia. It is so nice to talk to others who won't belittle you, or think your crazy. I have passed psycological tests with flying colors, but no one can give me any answers. I am wondering if living so many years under stress that it could have become physiological. Has any one heard of that from any professional? I won't prattle on. Bless you for your response to my messages. Sandra
