My big day

Hey all, so today I get to go to my first psychiatist meeting and Im trying to be brave! I dont want to think about it or Ill over analize and psych myself out. Whatever happens Ill live and I try to remember that it will be worth it in the end. Im also taking meds and yikes are they expensive! add in the therapy and thats alot of $$$! Still what would be a better investment then your own mental health right? Well wish me luck and Ill let you know how things went..
