Stayed home

Stayed home today. It wasn't a good day for DH today and yesterday (something triggered an attack and I just felt like crying all day), and I just didn't want to get into anything today. I had asked earlier if I could plan to go to the gym later today, he said he didn't know. Well, I focus on what I can do and I can go to work in the morning.
