Michelle,
I think one of the most important things is not to be ashamed of having panic attacks. One of my biggest problems was always being worried about what people would think if I freaked out infront of them. Now Ive learned not to care. Everyone has their problems and its so much easier to deal with when your not trying to hide it. Exersise it a good way to feel less edgy. When I used to feel an attack coming on I would try to get away or home as fast as I could and not stop to calm down so the feeling would escalate. Now when I feel the first sign of one I stop and breath and take a moment to put things in perspective. This works alot better. Hope you find this helpful!
