Yes, my dear Josie, I do understand that the medication can be a great pain... I see it eveyday but when taking right the meds can help one to start back up their life.
Yes it would be better to not have to take any medication and to be alright but if the meds can get a women who has been hiding in her bedroom for the last three years out of the room, out of her home and back into life then I see that as helpful.
Nevertheless, if you take medications or not... it is up to you. And don't forget there is now a great push to stop giving all psy meds to everyone. And please don't think that it can not happen here, the push is getting stronger everyday for it will save the insuance co. and the feds a lot of money. They love saving money and they really do not care how much pain you are in. Over sea many nations have stopped giving psy meds for emotional problems, of course the rich there still can get them.
All I am saying is that it is up to you, do as you wish but don't be mislead by bad information.
