If you find that exersise is helpful then that is great. Do you sometimes have "small" panics when exersising? If so then I think that you may be working thrugh them with your exersise. Really the stress one feel before and after the panic is the main priblem. the panic itself is really short but the fear of having one before it happens and the fear that you will have another one after it happens is the biggist problem.
It sounds like you are winning the fight with your panic disorder, which is great.
