there is HOPE!

Hello to Shelly and the group! It's Sheila and I just wanted to update you all and tell you that I am so so so grateful to have gone through the group. I moved to NYC!! My biggest fear conquered! I can't believe that three years ago I was afraid of flying, subways, coloring my hair/haircuts, bridges... and the list goes on. And now, Im living in New York, taking the subway, AND driving over the verazzano bridge to work everday. I know this sounds like a commercial, but HOPE really works. I couldn't have done it without Shelly and the group. Thank you thank you thank you. Yes, I still have attacks, every once in a while, but I know how to deal with them now. There is hope out there for anyone suffering.
