hello pace,
i used to have the same kind of anxiety in the morning like you. mine started in h.s (i'm 22 now) and yes it was bad, but i would suggest talking to your doctor. i also suggest talking to a therapist. together you can work on some relaxation techniques. one that helps me a lot is practicing deep breathing--if you can get a control on your breathing, you can control your symptoms of anxiety, a very wise person told me this...also find mind distractors like watching t.v., listening to a funny radio station. i hope that helps you, i know it has for me!! take care
