storm phobia treamtment in Joliet, IL

hello everyone...recently I've decided to try to get help for my storm phobia...it's driving my boyfriend crazy and I'm not taking care of my responsibilities because of it. I live in Joliet, IL and i'm wondering if anyone knows of some free, or cheap treatment that is available in the area. I do have insurance, but i'm not sure that it would cover something like that.
