RESPONSE:
I too have gotten panic attacks were my feet start to tingle and then the tingleing goes up my spine into the side of my neck- - -
I spoke to a Doctor about this "sensation" im feeling cause I too freaked out about it making my heart stop or have a heart attack from the tingling, the Dr. assured me that these sensations are my bodys way of counteracting
panic signals throughout my body and NO you cannot have a heart attack from the tingling.
however yes you can make yourself faint from panic but NOT a actual heart attack.....
