hi there. i saw your response and felt it necessary to respond. Since i was 16 i have taken xanax on and off for my panic disorder. xanax is used to treat a panic attack while it occurs. it can also be used (for short periods of time) to control feelings of panic and anxiety, like, to prevent an attack before it occurs.
