yes, that certainly sounds like a panic attack or major anxiety attack to me. I've had the chills or hot flashes, feeling like your gonna die and room spinning. remember that not all of those symtpoms have to happen at once to be an anxiety or panic attack. the symptoms can come and go in severity and still be considered anixety. sometime for me its only nausea, only chills, only dizziness. your not alone...
