Help!

I've been having a really difficult time with this. Had for about 5 years now. Actually having one right now and I'm really trying not o loose it. Started earlier this evening. I drove to the hospital down the street and sat there for 10 minutes in the parking lot. Felt safe there. Went home and now it's starting all over again. I'm currently on Lexapro (20mg). Do I need change meds or whats the deal? Why can't I figure this out. So afraid of having a heart attack....
