Hi Daniel
It is generally when I have had 3 or so balloons to group on a centre piece of some description. I am fairly new to this, so my last attempt was 60 balloons ready bown up and stringed ready to tie to party boxes once at the venue. I have a similar thing for a charity do in a couple of weeks. I am an event planner but this seemed too small a job to contract out to the experts. Perhaps that's the answer. Thanks for any advice. Janice.
