Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can tell me something about the white honey tortoise Pelikan 400.
I fell in love with it and am thinking of getting one--I love the visual and I love Pelikans.
I currently have a Katie Hill 150 which fits nicely in my small hand, but I have longer pens, too, so I'm thinking it would still be a comfortable writer for me. Is the 400 still a light-weight pen?
Also, I notice my F nib is just slightly broader than other F nibs of mine. Does the EF nib still lay a nice line and not too thin or scratchy?
Would I be able to switch to an italic nib later on if I decided to?
I notice nibs.com has this pen in stock, or at least that's what it looks like on their site. Can anyone give me any more info that I might useful in making my final decision? I have a feeling this pen could be my dream pen. Is it really as drop-dead gorgeous as it looks in pics?
Thanks,
Valerie
