I have heard tell that Visconti has recently changed US distributors (I hope that I'm using the right words here). I have a Copernicus on which the crescent locking ring has broken. I really like this pen and would love to get the ring replaced. Prior to the change in distributors, I had heard from a very nice gentleman in NJ (a man about whom everyone spoke very highly, but whose name escapes me) regarding the address to which I should send the pen. Now that the distributor has changed, I'm not sure what I need to do to get a repair. So, can someone tell me whom I should contact for a repair on this pen?
Dave
P.S. That's a REALLY convoluted message. I probably should have just asked: "Whom do I contact for Visconti service?" (without all the preamble).
Most of the luxuries and many of the so-called comforts of life are not only not indispensable, but positive hindrances to the elevation of mankind.
