Cigar Aficionado Pens

Out of curiosity, who, besides Bexley, made special edition pens for Cigar Aficiando? Is there a complete list anywhere? Here's a pic of the 1997 Bexley Decoband in Blue/Green Ebonite with Sterling Silver trim. Note the cap band is the early 3-band style used on the regualr Decoband pens until Bexley was threatened with legal action by that large German pen maker. If you have some other Cigar Aficionado pens, please post pics. Dennis B
