Sure. During Desert Storm they were flying low overhead (not Cobra low, but low). Then we would hear the gun "burping" in the distance. Not as impressive as the night at Kafji when we had rounds from the 16" guns of the Missouri landing not too far off, but the A-10 is still pretty awe inspiring. I wasn't aware that they were still in service.
