Back in the early mid '90's I was a tobacconist and clearly remember...

seeing a Cigar Aficionado pen with a circular punch cutter in the top of cap. I couldn't tell you who made it or anything else except it was a mottled tan/brown like a good cigar wrapper & was pretty danged heavy.
