By now you have heard the story of Sheaffer and someone's elegant, simple, yet ingenious solution to the military clip problem - I hope that person got more than just an "attaboy"!
The varieties are many - with 2 filling systems, four colors (these were shown earlier by RCliff), four sizes, then you add the possibility of "Skyboy" clips (I don't think it's clear which sizes/colors may have sported the Skyboy clips.) and other unusual features - I have seen reference to a Sheaffer military clip pen with the shorthand nib and inscription on the barrel, just this weekend I saw a 400 size with the knurled jeweler's band, and the mysterious white feed. Of course you can look for pencils with the clip, also.
