A few years ago, I bought this pen on Ebay.

After I restored it, I decided to give it as a graduation gift to one of my son's Naval Academy roommates who was to become a Naval Aviator (he is now a LT(jg)and a helicopter pilot. Because I could not find out anything about this pen, I decided to make up a story in the style of J. Peterman, and present it to our new Naval Aviator with the pen.
