This year, I decided to get more involved and share.
The show has been getting better each year. Kudos to the organizers!

Show "Lobby" at the Pullman Hotel, Redwood City, CA
One of the ink sampling stations that were placed in different areas of the showroom flow.
My show favorite, the Kanilea Pen Company. They are the nicest people and the pens are spectacular.
Hugh fine tunes the nib for a lucky customer.
High on my wish list is the Kilauea Fountain Pen
This is an AxiDraw writing and drawing machine. Very unique.
The show was well attended. Nice to see the increased participation over the years!
Scrimshaw by Ryan Krusac Studios
Tuff Writer titanium pens
Pen rests by Carolina Pen Company
Nice display and excellent workmanship from "local" pen maker
Intellectus Pen Company in Stockton
Clips made from Damascus steel.
Offset nib holders. Cool looking, but hard for me to get the hang of.
Dan Smith – “The NibSmith” hard at work. Dan was booked up, so he got a couple of my pens to take back.
A number of pen makers in Pen Artisan Guild
submitted pens anonymously for a friendly contest, including a People's Choice award.
Sorry that I can't describe each one in detail. Each one was impressive.
Thanks to David Broadwell's wife for lifting the case lids for me so that I didn't
have to shoot through the glass.

The Japanese Beetle Wing inlay work was very impressive.
Unfortunately I didn't stay long enough to find out who won, but in my mind, they were all winners and it was hard to choose just one!
Looking forward to next year!
