I feel a bit remiss in not mentioning some of the bigger names that were there: Mont Blanc for the first time, Montegrappa, Atelier Simoni Club and Sailor to name a few. The main showroom definitely had a high energy level on Saturday. I had to step out a couple times to "come up for air."
The SF Pen Show has been the only one that I have been able to attend since I've been in this hobby, starting in 2003-ish when it had more of a pen club feel, to what it has become today. I can't imagine what Chicago or DC are like, but if you are on the West Coast and within reasonable travel distance, it is a show worth attending.
Thanks to Jon for giving shout outs to the organizers. They definitely deserve the commendations.
Best, Brian K.
