This is an Eversharp Envoy gold filled lever-fill fountain pen c. 1948. It's a 5 3/16 inch long cigar shaped pen with pinstripe engraved lines on the cap and barrel and may have only been offered for one year. The cap slips on. The gold plated clip, marked MADE IN U.S.A. at the top and with EVERSHARP running down the face, is the same design used on the Symphony, beginning in 1949. It features a small 14 karat gold nib stamped EVERSHARP over 14K over PAT. It sold for $15.00 and the matching pencil was $7.50.
