If the nib is not bent, my advice is not to remove it. You have a "lucky curve" feed. Soak it in tepid water for some hours to try to clean it.
The sack can be removed from the section by either using a bit of heat, or--my preferred method--putting it in the freezer for fifteen minutes, then using a craft knife to clean it off. Sacs are readily available now, and i don't think the threads are machined enough to allow it to function as an eye-dropper filler.
