and can you imagine, the hotel gift shop charged $32.50 for ten carts!
In an on-line chat with an old friend, mentioned pens, and invited him to scratch around for any in the back of the drawer. Offered
to clean them up and try to put them back in working order. Expected some Parkers, maybe an Esterbrook. This is what arrived,
along with a case.
He wrote,”Think I got them back in the ’70’s. Keep ‘em”. Clearly he has no idea of their value, and frankly neither do I,
but am sure it’s more than a thank-you note and a good bottle of Scotch.
What should I send him?
