Stamp prices go up quickly these days. Curious, I looked up US postage rates for sending letters over the years. The price of a stamp was 3˘ in 1883, and didn’t increase until 1958 when it went up to 4˘. (The price even went down to 2˘ a couple times during those 75 years.)
I think I’ll stock up on some stamps before the rate increase in August. I see some beautiful new stamps coming out in a couple days called “Sun Science.”
