Italian Astura pen from the 1950s. These were second tier pens, made especially to be given as gifts to boys and girls at the time of their first Communion. They must have made millions of similar pens as practically every Catholic child was given one. Many companies made them. It was the best seller item for Montegrappa. I think that's how they kept in business in the '50s and '60s.
