A few exceptions of course, and one of them is this pen:
I first saw a pen that looks like this branded Roxy, which according to Richard Binder's website and PenHero articles, was a sub-brand of Morrison. I specifically like the Roxy because of its art-deco styled cap, clip, and lever. I think those are gorgeous, and I also think that I would never see another pen like it.
Until now, that is.
This Morrison looks exactly like the Roxy, but the pattern on the cap is wavy instead of straight, and it is slightly bigger and feels more robust.
Although it's not a "tank" like a Parker 51, it still is very nicely made. And the original Morrison 14K nib, wow, I love it. It doesn't take a lot of tuning to write nicely, and it's flexible.
Now you may wonder what else are in the blue (velvet???) case?
Behold:
Now we know the original price of this set.
And the pencil still works perfectly.
But wait... there's more...
It's also certified, and on the other side, the instructions.
For me, it's not often that I find a set as well-preserved as this one, so I am beyond happy
