Well, I wish John and his legacy the very best. I first met John Mottishaw in the early '90s and he has always had a stellar reputation. I hope the new ownership recognizes it is critical to maintain his reputation of service in order to continue reaching and building on that history. Just hope The Pen Family will make the cut in this very competitive market of sales and most critically after sales service. Customer service is not the only thing....it is everything.
