My 4 y/o neutered male Holland mini lop is tough as nails. He established himself as king upon his arrival as a young bunny, lest my older, female cat had other ideas. She just sees him as an annoying little brother. However, his habits have recently deteriorated: he urninates and drops a load of pellets in an area where she likes to sit. I have tried using repellants (e.g., egg & garlic solution), behavior training (e.g., loss of free run-of-the-house privileges), but nothing works. The stain and odor removers aren't working very well, either. PLEASE help.
