Hi Amy My Husky Lizzie is 6 months old and just ate a 3 pound bag of chocolate - The vet recommended to give her 1 tablespoon of peroxide every 5 minutes for 15 minutes to induce vomiting - it worked like a charm - Vomitting is a good thing - (at least in this case) if she didn't vomit - I would have had brought her into the vet so they could induce the vomitting. I have to keep a watch for the next 12 hours to make sure her heart isn't racing, hyper-activity or seizures - so make sure you do the same for your beagle! and Good Luck!
