sick puppy

We just got our puppy yesterday and she was fine. Today she seem to be ill. She keeps acting like she needs to vomit, but only sylavia comes out and minimal other substances. She acts like she has a hair ball in her throat and keeps coughing. I don't know what to do and am very worried about her. Please help!
