You need to get her to the vet ASAP!! Since she's so small it can EASILY be fatal. Is she vomitting or showing signs of discomfort yet? But you absoulutly NEED to get that dog to the emergency vets unless you don't mind her a bit stiff in a few hours. My dog JUST ate a box of chocolate with all the wrappers but he's about 85lbs so it won't do him much harm.
