I've been ripped off three times by FTD, but each time I never saw it coming. I mean, who knows if and when the flowers arrive?
One time I did not know until I ran into the friend who wondered why I didn't acknowledge his mother's death. It was two years later!
Another time they admitted their mistake, but refused to refund the FTD charges.
And the third time, they insisted the flowers had been delivered and my mother was a liar.
