Strange, even Bloomberg couldn't stop talking about Katie Couric's defection all morning yesterday. It reminds me of the string of endless artciles throughout the papers during 'Sunshine Week' last month.
Strange that so many commentators always talk about how sad it is that the news media don't have their priorities straight, but those same commentators never hesitate to join in on self-adulation with their peers when the need arises. The over-inflated sense of self-importance in the mainstream media knows no bounds...
