Love that "Under Contract" sign

The 'fun' has just begun! When I was a kid growing up in Pineville, it was painful to have to get out in the yard to pluck weeds and whatever other grunt work my Mom thought up for us.
It was a whole other story when the house was MINE! I LOVE spending time in my yard, clipping, trimming and plucking to my hearts content.
I wish you many hours of joyful toiling!
