To be fair, mots people don't move to SF for its cost of living. There are other reasons they prefer to live here and they're willing to endure the extra expense to do so. I was one of those people myself at one point. The difference is that I myself no longer find any particular advantage which might offset the costs here. Others may (and will) disagree... That said, you definitely do get more bang for your buck outside SF (and California in general) if space and amenity are what you're after... --Previous Message--
