Back to the front page and rules...

If you plan for it, and work for it, you can have: (1) a place in the city (San Francisco, for example--more costly than most, but not impossible); (2) a cabin in the Rocky Mountains (Sedalia or Westcliffe, Colorado, for example...very nice places, very cheap houses and land); (3) plenty of acreage (in Oklahoma, Kentucky, or Montana, for example, where you can get horse or cattle property for less than $2,000 per acre, if you look for it); ...and do it all within 10 years or so, if you plan and borrow the money--owners will finance, if the bank doesn't. You can substitute the name of almost any city for any of the above (Cork, Ireland, anyone? Mexico City? Adelaide?), and for the states you may substitute countries, if you desire....(land in New Zealand is cheap, as is a plot in Brazil...condos in Jerusalem are pricey, though...your choices are still broad, if you have an imagination).
