The authors share three stories for young people about the ways of God; Christmas Flowers, The Little Rag-Picker and The Christ-Child's Comfort. This books was originally written in 1913 but I believe this is a little later edition because it has a different publisher. There is no copy right date but a handwritten inscription inside on the first page dates it to Christmas of 1925. This is a rare and beautiful book that would be well loved by any family that enjoys stories from bygone eras. The stories are written for children and can be used as a reader if you choose. It would also make a great addition to any classical classroom or those who just love the style in which older books were written. I am asking $20.00 for this book. Measures approximately 4 3/4 x 7 inches, colorful lithographed pastedown to front cover with black titles & decorative border .
Very little wear for a book of this age. Some yellowing around the edges of the pages.
