I have heard that foil really does work. I have had a hard time in the past with ELF attacks. Orgone works for that. It's rather easy to make, and does a really good job. I was kind of hoping to find something that I could carry with me to protect myself. I feel like microwave will be the next generation frequency for manipulation.
