the country of china has agreed to buy the state of callyfornia for past debt the us owes. china will develop offshore and on shore oil and gas reserves, to rival gulf of mexico production. oil and gas will then be sold to us at low prices. edwards air force base will be leased out. callyfornians can get out or pay rent to the chinese on all properties.
