I saw that you posted the following:
"I carefully inspected the packaging (product made in USA, packaged in China, sold in USA) to find nary a warning label about the product changing consistency inside of a warm ear canal--only warnings against its being a potential choking agent, and to 'use only as directed.'"
Dare I say that if the company were required to note changes in the product's consistency when placed in an ear canal, they may have to note similar but distinct changes in consistency in the product when placed in a myriad of other, various orifices.
